Its billet construction, V-band mounting and interchangeable 6 PSI and 15 PSI springs make this an adjustable performance BOV for builders who need a strong, straightforward solution for controlling pressure when the throttle closes.

What This Blow-Off Valve Does

When the throttle blade closes under boost, compressed air can back up against the turbocharger compressor. The 540200 releases that trapped charge pressure quickly, helping reduce compressor surge and creating a cleaner transition between throttle events.
