The foundation of this intercooler is two 1000hp Garrett Intercooler cores. Proven time and again to be the absolute best intercooler cores on the market. The USA made aluminum sheet is cut in house on our CNC machines, formed in house by experienced craftsman and professionally welded by some of the best welders in the industry.
While we rate these for 2000hp their cooling capabilities are largely dependent on having adequate water flow and on how efficient your Turbocharger(s), or Supercharger, is. We have seen airflows as high 270lb/min(~2700hp) through this core arrangement with just under 3psi pressure drop. Here are some reasonable limitiations you can expect from this cooler while maintaining it's efficiency to adequately cool your intake charge, from our experience...
Single Turbo: Pro Mod 98mm, GTX2 98mm. In a former "Street Outlaw" class, 4.3x@168mph 1/8mile, ~400ci, 35psi application you can expect this cooler to typically maintain a temp rise of approximately 40-50deg through an 1/8 mile pass. Maintaining a ~60deg start temp and typically ending around 100-110deg on a typical summer day with 85deg ambient temps.
Legal X275 85/88mm turbocharger combinations can expect a 15-25deg climb throughout an 1/8 mile pass with the same parameters listed above.
Twin Turbo: 7675's seems to be the reasonable limit with this cooler. At 220lb/min(~2200hp) worth of airflow on a 413" LSx application IAT's typically rise 30deg within a 1/4 mile pass in 105deg ambient temps. At 3400lbs this application has been 7.2@200mph in a 3400lb car.
Supercharger:We have several cars running our 2000hp Intercoolers in Ultra and NMRA Renegade class cars. With an F1-A or V30-94 this core will maintain a consisent 60-70deg through a 1/4 mile pass as long as there is sufficient cooling capacity.

These are by far a major upgrade over stock the oem rubber mounts couldn't take the abuse and shredded leaking luid all over the engine bay and leaving my engine flopping the amt mounts are a mix of metal on the outside and inside and a hard rubber "bushing" in the middle giving you the best of both worlds and making it durable and everything tighter very easy to install and torque down looks better and definitely feels better very minimal increase in noise and vibration but not enough to really notice or effect everyday driving a must have for higher horsepower applications or if you just beat the **** out of it.
This is a high quality 3D printed guage mount that is installed and replaces the driver's left side heat vent to mount your gauge to and it will still blow air through it without any issues as it's vented on the top and bottom it installs very easy and fast and will fit multiple different gauges and is very sturdy and strong if you have a AEM guage this is not the correct mount they make a specific mount for the AEM gauges.
This bracket is for the c6 corvettes with the Z51 package only not the Z06 they have different coolers and therefore different brackets with that being said this bracket works fantastic definitely when using it with the A&A supercharger kit and don't want to delete your oil cooler like me and so this allows you to move your cooler to a different location and out of the way and still be able to use it with the supercharger.
I upgraded to the four piston Wilwood calipers on the front and rear of my C5 Z06 and boy what a huge difference!!! Not only did they change the way that the car brakes, they look so much better than stock. Couldn't ask for better customer service than Brian!!! One word of advice though....make sure that your offset will clear these calipers!!!

These are a great upgrade for the rear suspension!! Love the adjustability and the look of them much better than stock. Brian always gives excellent customer service and the parts ship out very fast.
I spoke with Brian about my setup and he gave me his recommendation on which Silvers to go with and he was spot on!! It is a night and day difference from the stock suspension and I couldn't be happier!!!
I couldn't be happier with the mcleod twin disk clutch setup it shipped and arrived very fast everything was packaged very nicely and secured it came with very detailed instructions on how to install everything properly also comes from the factory already pre-fitted with ARP hardware so that's definitely a plus! Excellent company Brain is a great guy and super knowledgeable will always help with anything!
This is a very well done piece with very nice hardware. Install was easy thanks to easy to follow instructions.
Use Oil extreme Four engine longevity. Nothing else like it, get it.
Got in contact with Brian and he help me spec out my silvers neomax coilovers and gave a recommendation for Baer front tie rod ends and rear toe arms as well as aFe sway bar endlinks. Install is easy and straightforward, it may take a while for the first time but it’s hard to mess up as long as you follow the instructions. Car feels brand new now, it’s a night and day difference and yet the car still desperately needs an alignment. The bumps that used to make the whole car float and sway side to side are much less noticeable. I still haven’t touched the dampening which is set in the middle on all 4 corners, and while it’s a little on the stiff side I like the ride much more. The car doesn’t wheel hop over bumps or float anymore, way less body roll, hooks and pulls better, and looks way better after dropping it around 2.5 inches from stock height. Everyone with a c5 on stock suspension should definitely consider these silvers.
