Scope of monthly work/service for Vintage Antiques & Gifts, New Hampshire.

📌 Monthly Budget Summary:
● Ad Spend (paid directly to Meta): $450
This would be a $15/day spend
2 separate campaigns at about $8/day each campaign. 

Best sellers ad set and a wide range of what you have ad set.
2 specifically titled collections that would not be visible in the store itself but visible to the
Meta catalog. 

● FIP Web Service Monthly Management Fee: $500/month, Rolling 30 Days
Subscription Basis. Minimum 3 month, 90 day commitment w/30 day cancellation policy.  The above fee would include the features and services below:
Management Fee Notes:
● Any service/work needed over and above the deliverables below will be bill at our
standard Rack Rate of $75-$125/hour depending on the SOW (Scope of Work). Active
managed service clients are usually on the lower scale of this when needed due to the
long term goal.
● Large monthly ad spend increase will require management fee adjustments. If we are
increasing ad spends, your sales from the ads have earned that increase due to solid
returns on ad spend (ROAS) therefore more ad spend, more ads, more traffic equals
more sales.
📊 Paid Ads Management Includes:
● Campaign strategy & setup (Traffic, Conversions, Retargeting)
- We converse/strategies here to zero in on hot spots and hot products etc..
● Creative and audience A/B testing
- Once ads have time under belt, we can see what’s poppin’ and what needs work etc…
● Pixel setup and/or pre-ad verification testing & event tracking
- I do not trust anyone’s back end analytics setup so this will be tested prior to campaign
launches.
● Budget pacing and ongoing optimization
- Within this section, after ads have passed learning phases, we continually monitor and
if they are not performance profitability wise, figure out why and change it up or kill it and
start something different product set wise.
● Monthly performance reporting
- You will get an honest review of where we are at and suggestions and
recommendations to keep the upward performance trajectory going.
📱 Organic Social Media Support:
● Daily automation posts via Outfy will continue
- We may wan to slow some things down slightly here as to not overwhelm with too
much to look at considering we are going to do some manual posting/pumping.
● 2-3 manual post drops per week (product drops, features, promo) META
- Includes post monitoring and responding
● Hashtag strategy and caption writing
- Will be templated for top performers
● Post scheduling for optimal timing if it makes sense however millions are interested in
vintage i don’t think post timing will mater much based on size of current fan base. It’s
the ads that are going ot bring the warm traffic.
🌐 Facebook Group Outreach:
● Join up to 5 niche/vintage groups under personal account. Objective here is to various
groups with specific discount code structure. Also includes contacint admins to “play by
their group rules” on the rules of advertising engagement.
● Weekly engagement (likes, comments, conversation starters)
● 2–3 monthly organic link shares (product or blog pages)
● Monitor responses and identify potential leads
