The Corvette has been the king of out of the box, best bang for your buck performance for decades. The C6 Corvette specifically has been the go to choice for countless enthusiasts. Between bolt-on performance upgrades, and other aftermarket support, it is one of the most commonly modified sport car platforms in the country.
The LS is one of the greatest performance motors ever made. It is simple, well engineered, and nearly bulletproof. It is not uncommon to see them pushing well over 1000hp and are more than capable of competing in any type of racing. However, racing, and additional power can easily overwhelm the factory cooling systems on the C6 Corvette. CSF set out to produce a radiator that would fit all trims and work with all the common supercharger systems.
Design & Engineering
CSF is quite familiar with GM performance vehicles so creating a high-performance radiator for the C6 Corvette made a lot of sense. Also given the age of the C6, there are a lot of owners ready to upgrade or looking to replace their original radiators. The goal was to create a model that could fit all of the C6 Corvette trims and work with the majority of upgrades and modifications. CSF teamed up with A&A Corvette to develop this radiator. As experts exclusively developing products for Corvettes for over 20 years, they were the perfect R&D Partner for this radiator.
This new design coupled with a core that has 193% more volume than the factory radiator offers a massive upgrade in cooling capacity. The CSF Radiator also offers the best value of any aftermarket radiator coming in hundreds of dollars less than competitors.
CSF vs OEM
The original OE radiator from Chevy features plastic tanks with a single row aluminum core design. While this is generally accepted as good quality and durable, it is not the best option for high horsepower builds and hard driving. Big V8s get hot, and the LS is no exception. Anything you can do to help keep temperatures in check will improve longevity of your motor and components.
The CSF C6 Corvette Radiator uses a 193% larger 2-Row 52mm aluminum core. This both increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, and improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. Their B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the 8mm super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The improved airflow characteristics of the CSF core offers superior cooling when paired with intercoolers and heat exchangers installed in front for supercharger and turbo kits.
The TIG-Welded 100% All Aluminum construction increases the overall strength of the radiator. This improves durability and longevity so you can be confident it will hold up to hard driving conditions. The CSF radiator mounts in the factory location and requires no modifications or cutting. The core height is also slightly reduced to create additional clearance for supercharger installations.

Key Features
Factory Style Fittings and Mounting Points
All the fittings on the CSF radiator are made to the same specifications as the factory radiators, allowing for a simple plug and play installation. CSF carefully engineered and produced the factory style quick connect fittings for models equipped with an Engine Oil Cooler and/or Automatic Transmission Cooler. If your C6 Corvette is not equipped with either of these coolers you can simply leave them unplugged as these are independent cooling circuits.
Built in Oil & Transmission Coolers
CSF has integrated both an engine oil cooler and automatic transmission cooler to the radiator. Both coolers feature a high-efficiency plate design for maximum cooling. The built-in engine oil cooler is high-flow 4 plate design with low pressure drop characteristics. The automatic transmission cooler is a super high-efficiency 6 plate design for maximum heat dissipation suitable for all motorsports applications (Track, Drift, Drag, etc). These coolers were carefully engineered to not impact cooling efficiency of the radiator while still providing improved cooling over the factory system.
Core Height
The core height has been lowered slightly to accommodate for various supercharger installations. Many supercharger installations require trimming of the radiator core or lowering the radiator. The slightly reduced height makes such modifications unnecessary with the CSF Radiator. Cutting the header plate on the OEM Radiator can weaken the overall structure of the radiator and you risk damaging the core.

I've tried 3 different diff mounts. The Lux Mount by SacCity, AMT Double Barrel, and just for the **** of it the Duralast c5 mount. Finally bought this 954 Bullet from FI Performance. In a nutshell the 954 had the least NVH of them all and best of all zero wheel hop even with crappy tires. Thanks Mr. Brian for your vast knowledge on this subject.
I purchased this kit and the install was fairly straightforward, the quality of the kit is amazing!!! Made a very noticeable difference in tightening up the entire suspension, and I did not notice an increase in NVH.

These are by far a major upgrade over stock the oem rubber mounts couldn't take the abuse and shredded leaking luid all over the engine bay and leaving my engine flopping the amt mounts are a mix of metal on the outside and inside and a hard rubber "bushing" in the middle giving you the best of both worlds and making it durable and everything tighter very easy to install and torque down looks better and definitely feels better very minimal increase in noise and vibration but not enough to really notice or effect everyday driving a must have for higher horsepower applications or if you just beat the **** out of it.
This is a high quality 3D printed guage mount that is installed and replaces the driver's left side heat vent to mount your gauge to and it will still blow air through it without any issues as it's vented on the top and bottom it installs very easy and fast and will fit multiple different gauges and is very sturdy and strong if you have a AEM guage this is not the correct mount they make a specific mount for the AEM gauges.
This bracket is for the c6 corvettes with the Z51 package only not the Z06 they have different coolers and therefore different brackets with that being said this bracket works fantastic definitely when using it with the A&A supercharger kit and don't want to delete your oil cooler like me and so this allows you to move your cooler to a different location and out of the way and still be able to use it with the supercharger.
I upgraded to the four piston Wilwood calipers on the front and rear of my C5 Z06 and boy what a huge difference!!! Not only did they change the way that the car brakes, they look so much better than stock. Couldn't ask for better customer service than Brian!!! One word of advice though....make sure that your offset will clear these calipers!!!

These are a great upgrade for the rear suspension!! Love the adjustability and the look of them much better than stock. Brian always gives excellent customer service and the parts ship out very fast.
I spoke with Brian about my setup and he gave me his recommendation on which Silvers to go with and he was spot on!! It is a night and day difference from the stock suspension and I couldn't be happier!!!
I couldn't be happier with the mcleod twin disk clutch setup it shipped and arrived very fast everything was packaged very nicely and secured it came with very detailed instructions on how to install everything properly also comes from the factory already pre-fitted with ARP hardware so that's definitely a plus! Excellent company Brain is a great guy and super knowledgeable will always help with anything!
