Objective: Transition Nitro Pro from a low profile ecommerce solution with high profile media-led site to a measurable, scalable e‑commerce platform on Shopify 2.0 (Savor on Horizons foundation), wired for Google Merchant Center, Performance Max, and an automated affiliate/driver program. Leverage the FI Performance app blueprint (as analyzed on fiperformance.com) to accelerate performance. The ultimate performance stack for gear heads whether is be automotive or RC.
1) Executive Summary
Nitro Pro will migrate to Shopify 2.0 with a conversion‑first architecture. FI Performance will own the full commerce stack (catalog, checkout, feeds, analytics, and paid acquisition). Open Heart Media (OHM) may continue producing brand media; our build is the engine that monetizes that media through product feeds, paid channels, and on‑site CRO.

8) Timeline

• Week 3 maybe 4 — Payments/shipping/taxes; GA4/Pixels; GMC claim/verify, QA, redirect validation, owner training, launch.
Shopify Fees TBD based on Plan & Apps Used but the core would be: We would need to be in the growth plan due to the need of multiple staff accounts… You do get a better Credit Card rate and the amount in CC fees you will save vs. what you are paying now will be substantial.
