  • Only Select Standard Drop Kit if you have a C6 that needs to be at factory ride height.
  • Standard street spring specs are a good choice for stock or lightly modified cars.  Cars with H/C/I Setups and up should be selecting the 10k rear at a minimum due to their increase torque FTLBS through the suspension.
  • 12k Front / 10k Rear is the most popular all-around setup that does everything well.  12k front spring can be upgraded to 14k if you put an iron block in or want to go drifting…
  • If you have more question on spring rate selection, call, message or email us today.

• Mono-tube shock design, Increases shock oil capacity as well as displacement over twin tube designs for maximum performance.
• Adjustable T6 6061 front camber plates on all McPherson style applications.
• 24 levels of dampening adjustability combined with our high grade shock oil, not only do you feel the click in your fingers, you feel every dampening adjustment in the driver’s seat..
• High strength JIS G3445-STKM13C (DIN2393-ST44-2) carbon steel 52mm diameter seamless shock tube.
• 44mm linear characteristic internal piston provides maximum dampening response for ultimate performance while simultaneously giving a comfortable ride.
• High viscosity IP F.A. 5W damper oil ensures the best efficiency of shock-absorption and dampening control.
• Height adjustability is provided by the lower bracket which prevents the need to adjust the spring perch or preload, offering the maximum possible travel.
• Cold-bent springs made from high strength SAE9254 steel which keeps stable elastic modulus.
• Powder coated steel lower brackets matching all factory brake line & ABS wire tabs, for ease of installation.
• Anodized T6 6061 aluminum lower mounts for multilink suspension systems to lower un-sprung weight.
• 5 Year limited manufacturer’s warranty.

Silver's Suspension Frequently Asked Corvette Questions:

Q: I do a little bit of track work and mostly street, what rates should I go with?
A: We suggest the standard 12k Front, 8k Rear setup for most builds.

Q: I do more track work than an occasional track day, either drag or Auto X, what rates should I go with?
A: We suggest the stiffer in the rear setup here, 12k Front, 10k Rear.

Q: I make big power and run sticky tires / slicks / drag radial but don't go to the track, what rates should I go with?
A: Drag Setup in either standard drag or extreme +1000whp with the valving mod.

Q: Should I upgrade my sway bars at the same time?
A: We suggest you try the coilovers out first before changing out your sways.  The reason is the shocks are digresively valved which will make the car feel like there are fatter sway bars underneath you.

Q: What happens if there is a warranty issue, does the coilover get repaired.
A: In most cases, Silver's would just replace the part.  It's faster and more cost effective to take care of the customer with a new part vs. going through the ship, inspect, repair process.

Q: What if it's after warranty and I need to replace a shock?
A: You can purchase replacement shock bodies individually.

Q: Why have I never heard of Silver's Suspension before?
A: Silver's has been operating since 1999 and is only in their 1st year (as of 2018) in the United States.  For more back-story on Silver's be sure to check out the video's below.

Q: Do I have to drill anything.
A: Yes, put your big boy/girl pants on, it's just a 1/4" hole for the remote rear adjuster.  Don't worry, you won't be drilling through or around anything vital like wiring or fuel lines etc...

Q: What about people telling me to corner balance the car to select spring rates
A: Yes, you can go through all the motions of putting time in and figuring out what spring rates to use on your own.  Or, you can simply tell us what you plan on doing with the car, what kind of tires you are running (drag applications) and what kind of power you are making and we can suggest something appropriate based on not only in-house testing (we did a lot) as well as dozens of customer feedback post their installations.

Q: Is Silver's TUV Certified for Germany?
A: Yes

Q: Is everything designed and made in-house?
A: Yes, all Silver's, they do not rely on other part suppliers.

Q: I hear these have Remote Rear Dampening Adjusters, how do they work?
A: Watch This Video Demonstration On Our In-House Z06

Q: What if I have the electronic suspension, how do you address preventing an idiot light from coming on?
A: There are many reputable suppliers that can help you there with a resistor plug to trick the computer that everything is OK.

Q: Can't I just upgrade the shocks and call it a day?
A: Without getting rid of the transverse leaf in the C5/6 suspension setup, you will always have "suspension cross-talk".  Converting to a full coilover suspension will eliminate that and allow better control.

How to setup preload:  You will get our custom written install guide to assist you on installation emailed automatically after you checkout.

Highly recommended

Messaged Brian about the thought of doing coilovers and sway bars on my c6. He called me up and we talked for probably 30 min, awesome guy to work with/shop with. Definitely would recommend this company.

Nice Coilovers

First Impression:
The coilovers look nice in the box. Everything arrived in good shape. The full print carton is nice, however don't like it sitting on my front porch for long (everyone driving by can see what I ordered).

Instructions:
The instructions are decent, however some additional detail would be helpful. Not a big deal, but some info on the top strut mounts would be helpful (just remove everything that was on the car, nothing is re-used, as reassurance). I removed the top control arm mounts for both front and rear to get it done... Worked ok, however I think the rears I should have removed the lowers. Live and learn!

I also cheated and cut the leaf springs, so I didn't have to mess around. Won't be going back on, so to the landfill they go! RIP sawzall blades.

The description for how to drill/make the holes in carpet is good and was fully utilized.

The preload instructions are decently written as well, with the different spring rates measurements being greatly appreciated.

Setting Ride Height:
Had a couple up and downs to get the ride height pretty close. Not a horrible experience. Being able to turn the body by hand is nice. A call out on the instructions of 1 turn = so many millimeters would be nice, with a mm to inch conversion table. The silvers video appears to be accurate, at 2MM per revolution, but that is predicated on you finding the video, and knowing it exists.

Calculating a baseline ride height and providing, for instance, if you turn 10 turns from bottomed out in the lower mounts = x inches of ride height measured at x location, with stock wheel size, would be an amazing addition.

Opportunities:
The biggest pain was the rear bolt on the rear top strut mounts. I know this is called out.... We had 6-7 different sockets, ratchet wrenches, straight wrenches, crows feet etc... They all suck. Not sure what the exact correct tool to use or approach, but I didn't find it. A design change or inclusion of the tool (****, charge $20 for it), would make for a much improved user experience.

First drive:
I had a leaking front passenger side strut, car was lowered on Bilstein b8 in the rear and stock disabled mag ride in the front. What a night and day difference. I hesitated on pulling the trigger on the coilovers for some time, as I wasn't sure the juice was worth the squeeze.

Well, if you're on the fence, just buy them. It is 1000000% worth it. The initial drive was in the wet, so couldn't push much. The car is much more direct, when you turn the wheel, the car goes where I want it to. Previously there was a little push and almost a delay on initial turn in. This is completely gone. General road manners are nice 10/12k (Thanks Brian!). I had all set to 12 clicks from full soft. The interstate feels great. All bumps feel much better all around and the car just feels more planted.

Future:
I look forward to dialing in the dampening as I figure out what I like and what feels the best for certain scenarios, as well as actually pushing the car. I have some work to do on ride height, but will put some more miles on prior to final adjustment and alignment.

Summary(TLDR):
Buy them dummy, its worth it!

Best bang for you buck coilovers

I bought Silvers Neomax coilovers with aero spring rates (14k/12k) for my track car. The quality of them is great. Install was straight forward and they are easy to adjust and tune as needed. Real happy with them so far and I think they're the best value out there in coilovers. Great price without a sacrifice in quality or performance. Also Brian at FI PERFORMANCE has been great in responding to all of my questions. Has been a great experience so far.

A Much Needed Upgrade

Got in contact with Brian and he help me spec out my silvers neomax coilovers and gave a recommendation for Baer front tie rod ends and rear toe arms as well as aFe sway bar endlinks. Install is easy and straightforward, it may take a while for the first time but it’s hard to mess up as long as you follow the instructions. Car feels brand new now, it’s a night and day difference and yet the car still desperately needs an alignment. The bumps that used to make the whole car float and sway side to side are much less noticeable. I still haven’t touched the dampening which is set in the middle on all 4 corners, and while it’s a little on the stiff side I like the ride much more. The car doesn’t wheel hop over bumps or float anymore, way less body roll, hooks and pulls better, and looks way better after dropping it around 2.5 inches from stock height. Everyone with a c5 on stock suspension should definitely consider these silvers.

We love this! A great example of what a refresh can do with quality parts...

Easy Install great ride

I was able to install these in a day and am very happy with the results. Ride is even smoother than the factory F55 mag ride. Handling is unbelievable with sticky 200tw tires. Love the adjustable height and damping. Brian was great answering my questions. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. It is a true upgrade from the stock suspension, no placebo effect here.

Awesome upgrade. The car handles bumps much more smoothly and also stays flat when driving through the mountains aggressively. I was skeptical at first, but just go ahead and buy them, you won't regret it.

Happy with the C6 Silvers

I want to give a shout out to Brian Rosenberg! He answered my post asking for a coilover that would ride at factory height due to my large dip in my driveway and something that wouldn’t rattle my future dentures out! Placed order Thursday morning, received Friday on my UPS delivery and installed yesterday! They felt great on the short trip home. Took the bounce out but not harsh across the RR tracks. I did some spirited interstate driving this morning and back to being excited about driving the car again!
It’s a 2010 GS with A&A charger and tuned A-6 with a 2.73 diff riding on Michelin 275/18 PS 4S fronts and Toyo 345/19 r888r rears. One day I might swap for lower gears but I enjoy highway cruising and doing 80-90 under 2k RPM! I can’t wait to move and get a flatter driveway so I can drop the front to match the rear!
The A&A kit drops the radiator support one inch so it tries to drag off coming out of my driveway! I even have the rollers installed!
The VMS lowering bolts were noisy due to the delrin flaking off in less than a year and little miles😡I was hesitant to install coilovers because everyone told me they would be harsher than the leaf spring. I purchased the Johnny O’Connell shocks and sway bar kit. If anyone has need for slightly used shocks I have a set!
Anyway, if you are on the fence about coilovers give Brian a shout! It was the easiest and best transaction I have done yet with any of my vehicles including building my Diesel Wrangler as well as my two Duramax trucks! Sorry for long winded post! I just know getting good service in today’s times has been non existent!
Thanks Brian

Great set of coilovers

Reached out to Brian about what specs to select for my needs and he answered immediately. Install was fairly simple at home with a buddy of mine. Had some questions during the install and Brian answered my message immediately at something ridiculous like 10 PM. My C6Z06 no longer has a clunky suspension and it sits and rides amazingly. Couldn’t be happier with this set.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – FI Performance & Brian Rosenberg

I cannot say enough good things about Brian Rosenberg and FI Performance in Fairfield, Connecticut. Before committing to my 2003 Corvette supercharger build, I spent countless hours researching parts, combinations, and performance upgrades. The build ultimately exceeded $18,000 in parts alone, not including labor, so making the right decisions was critical.

Honestly, I would not have moved forward with this project had I not spoken with Brian directly. From our very first conversation, it was clear that his knowledge, experience, and passion for Corvettes and performance builds are second to none. He didn't just sell me parts—he acted as a true consultant throughout the process.

Brian took the time to answer questions, explain options, discuss pros and cons, and help ensure that every component worked together as part of a complete, well-thought-out build. His attention to detail and willingness to share his expertise gave me the confidence to move forward with a significant investment in my car.

Customer service is absolutely top-notch. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers make informed decisions rather than simply making a sale. Brian's professionalism, responsiveness, and deep technical knowledge set him apart from the rest.

When you're investing this kind of money into a performance build, having someone in your corner who knows the details inside and out is invaluable. If you're considering upgrades for your Corvette, I highly recommend reaching out to Brian Rosenberg at FI Performance. You'll quickly understand why he has earned such a strong reputation in the Corvette community.

Thank you, Brian, for helping make this build possible.

Silver’s coilovers for c5 spring ID size and length, rear extenders prevent targa top to be placed in trunk?

FI Performance

Silver Springs are 140/180mm in length and std diameter. Rear extenders are flixible and you can put whatever you want on top of them no problem. They are oldschool speedo cables with knob and receiver attachements. You will not get water in there when done right and we include OUR OWN install guide after you checkout via download link.
