2008-09 Pontiac G8 GT 6.0L Headers. All tubes are CNC mandrel bent for optimal flow. Made from 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. Starting with a CNC cut 3/8" thick flanges into 1-7/8" diameter primaries, Flow into 3" slip-fit collectors with merge spike, then fitting onto a set of 3" high-flow catted leads with notched 2-1/4" ID outlets that connects to factory exhaust. This factory connection system works with minor trimming to the OEM leads. Header bolts, RTV, Dipstick spacer, Clamps and install instructions all included. Mill finish, All TIG welded for strength and durability. These kits come with a lifetime warranty and proudly made in the USA.
