GRANATELLI BOOST CONTROL

BIG TURBOS MOVE A LOT OF EXHAUST. THIS IS BUILT TO CONTROL IT.

The Granatelli 540259 60mm external wastegate is built for high-flow turbo systems that need serious exhaust bypass capacity and stable turbo boost control.

Its water-cooled diaphragm design helps manage actuator temperatures in demanding street, drag racing, high-horsepower and performance diesel applications while the large 60mm valve provides the flow capacity needed by serious turbocharger systems.

What This Wastegate Actually Does

An external turbo wastegate controls boost by diverting exhaust around the turbine once the desired boost pressure is reached. The 60mm valve provides substantial exhaust bypass capacity to help maintain controlled boost and reduce the potential for boost creep on properly designed turbo systems.

Is This the Right Wastegate for Your Build?
