This new release offers a seamless roller design that offers an improved contact surface on the cam and crankshaft timing gears. The seamless roller design has been tested by an independent lab to failure. It is stronger than then C5-R seamed roller version that has been popular for so many years. In fact, it is the strongest single roller chain available for the GM Gen 3, Gen 4, and Gen 5 GM V8 engines. This includes all LS based engines and the new C7 LT1 engine.
