Turn One Steering
Turn One Frequently asked questions
What makes Turn One steering products different from stock or rebuilt units?
Turn One starts with brand new OEM components, not remanufactured cores, and customizes them internally for optimized flow and pressure. This results in better steering feel, reduced horsepower loss, and lower fluid temperatures under load.
Are Turn One products built for racing or street use?
Both. Turn One products are engineered for high-performance environments, including track, autocross, and pro-level racing, while still being usable for street applications.
Why is my power steering system overheating or pushing fluid out?
This is typically caused by excess heat and fluid expansion in high-performance conditions. Stock systems are not designed for aggressive driving or modified setups.
Common fixes include:
- Proper fluid level (often slightly below “full” for racing use)
- Upgraded pump designed for your setup
- Cooling solutions or system optimization
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Processing times vary depending on product type:
- Pumps & racks: ~7–10 business days
- Fittings, pulleys, accessories: ~1–2 business days
- Rebuild services: varies based on component
Turn One does not guarantee same-day shipping, and all delivery times are estimates.
What is Turn One’s warranty policy?
Turn One provides a 30-day warranty against defects in workmanship.
The warranty:
- Covers repair or replacement only
- Does NOT cover misuse, improper installation, or modifications
- Requires inspection and approval by Turn One
All warranty claims must go through their RMA process.
