The latest dual gauge 200 instruments have been developed utilizing state of the art surface mount microprocessor technology. Whilst externally and dimension-ally similar to its predecessor, internally it has been completely re-designed for greater accuracy and robustness. In 2012 this gauge line got updated with a new microprocessor and backlight allowing more options. 

These lightweight compact dual gauges now come with all of the following features:

AEM X-Series OBDII Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge 30-0334 (30-0334)

AEM's X-Series OBDII Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge (PN 30-0333)provides tuners who are using piggyback tuning modules or open source software with the ability to view AFR through the factory CAN-bus stream that is output by the factory ECU, and deliver the most accurate, safe and powerful tune. The 30-0333 X-Series OBDII Wideband Gauge is verified to work withHPTunersandDashDaq, with more applications being validated. 

The X-Series Wideband AFR OBDII Gauge includes an OBDII connector and Bosch 4.9LSU sensorthat can be free-air calibrated or used with the factory resistor calibration. Additional wiring for a 0-5v or RS232 Serial output can be added by the user for outputting to a data logger. This OBDII pass-through capability replaces the traditionalAEMnetstream available in the 30-0300 X-Series Wideband AFR Gauge Controller. 

*OBDII CAN-bus OUTPUT* The OBDII output simulates an auxiliary ECU signal when plugged into a vehicle’s OBD port, which requires a unique address from the other ECUs already on a vehicle’s network. AEM’s default OBDII CAN address will work with most popular vehicles and adjustments should not be necessary. However, AEM has provided OBDII address programmability through the buttons on the gauge face if a different address other than the default address is required, allowing users to program ECU #, Parameter Identification (PID), Message Identifier, and Bit Rate.

*FACTORY CALIBRATION RESISTOR OR FREE-AIR CAL, IT’S YOURCHOICE!*X-Series Wideband Gauges and the X-Series Inline Controller support the popular Bosch 4.9LSU sensor, and can utilize both the factory calibration resistor and free-air calibration methods. This allows users to take advantage of the precise factory resistor calibration when a sensor is new but then allows for free-air calibrations if the user desires when the sensorages.^^ It’s the perfect marriage of simplicity and accuracy! 

*WHAT IS A WIDEBAND UEGO AIR/FUELCONTROLLER?*AEM's Wideband UEGO (Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen, pronounced “You-Way-Go”) Controllers are powerful, cost effective tuning tools that allow users to accurately monitor the Air/Fuel Ratio (AFR) of their engine. 

*WHY USE A WIDEBAND AIR/FUELCONTROLLER?*Accurate AFR data is critical when tuning an engine.Running rich (very low air/fuel ratio, excessive fuel) can cause a loss in power, while running too lean (very high air/fuel ratio, not enough fuel) may result in serious engine damage. Using a wideband air/fuel controller during the tuning process allows you to monitor AFR and adjust tuning parameters to optimize them for maximum power and efficiency. AEM has a comprehensive line of highly accurate, reliable wideband air/fuel controllers that can help ensure your vehicle is optimally tuned. 

*CAN I CHANGE THE AEM UEGO SENSOR’SCONNECTOR?*No. There is a laser-etched, calibrated resistor in the sensor’s connector body. This resistor is specifically created for the exact sensor that it is attached to. Modifying this will invalidate the sensor’s output. 

^ Independently tested at 360° Product Testing (results reported on August 31st, 2015) against 17competitorwideband UEGO Air/Fuel Controllers. AEM X-SeriesInlinewith Bosch 4.9LSU wideband sensor and AEM X-Series Wideband UEGO AFR Gauge with Bosch 4.9LSU sensor recorded the fastest response times. 

^^ Wideband UEGO sensors are wear items and their lifespan is determined by many factors including contamination from leaded fuels, automotive fluids, particulates, mechanical or thermal shock and from being unheated and exposed to the exhaust stream. Free-air calibration may correct drift as a sensor ages, but it is recommended that they are replaced as part of your vehicle’s maintenance program. When performing free-air calibration, please follow the procedure outlined in the instruction manual.

AEM Digital Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge 30-4110 (30-4110)

A wideband UEGO sensor controller accurately monitors Air/Fuel ratios (AFR) during the tuning process to prevent a lean fuel mixture, which could lead to engine damage. AEM has combined its single-channel wideband UEGO controller and gauge display into one unit, uniting unsurpassed AFR accuracy and control with an easy-to-read interface. AEM’s Gauge-Type Wideband UEGO Controller features a digital LED display and sweeping LED “needle” that changes colors as AFR changes from rich to lean. The unit’s 52mm (2-1/16”) gauge housing fits in most gauge pods and can be remotely mounted virtually anywhere.

The Innovate Motorsports SCG-1 is a revolutionary approach to boost control that integrates an advanced standalone boost controller with Innovate’s industry leading DirectDigital™ wideband air fuel ratio technology.

When Innovate decided to build a boost controller, they knew they had to offer more capabilities than other products available today, while still maintaining the user friendly functionality demanded by our customers. Instead of repackaging the same boost control technology that has been used for decades, they choose to pair our advanced O² sensor control technology with all-new, proprietary solenoid control that provides superior boost control accuracy, response and safety.
