12.9.22 - We dropped KW Suspension due to some disagreements in how their product is supposed to be presented to the retail public. These requirements and conditions do not fit within our business model of “Enthusiasts First” so we will no longer be supporting the line. Many of these conditions are in regards to how this brand handles import fees in relation to us dealers and the end user, you! We will not tolerate or deal with big brands should they force dealers to treat the consumer public in this manor.
We could care less about how good a product is if the brand treats the consumer like sh!t in some way. There are things more important than sales/money, at least to us…Maybe it’s because we are an old school brand run by GenX’ers with the FAFO mentality. This is ok because we have Silver’s Suspension as well as other brands behind us and their business model is 100% Enthusiast approach because that’s how it should be done. Oh and one last thing, don’t even get me started on the way they handle rebuilds or tech issues, a turtle would get things done faster! KW and their subsidiaries can pound sand. - Brian FIP Boss
